Thank you for using Gordon Rigg Garden Centre online ticketing system. Please ensure you have read the following Terms and Conditions before proceeding with your booking:
- Maximum of 6 per booking.
- Children 15 years or under must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or guardian.
- Masks are encouraged to be worn by anyone over the age of 10.
- Tickets are valid only for the selected date and time.
- Time slots are 5 minutes per child
- We cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate late arrivals but, if you think you will be late for your grotto session, please contact us immediately on 01706813374 (Todmorden) 01706 356085 (Rochdale)
- You are advised to arrive a minimum of 15 minutes prior to the time stated on your booking.
- Unfortunately, this year you cannot pick your preference of Santa.
- Gordon Rigg Garden Centre operates a 48-hour refund policy for cancellation, except for extenuating circumstances and with management approval.
- Tickets are non-transferable unless with our express consent. Any unlawful reselling (or attempting to do so) is prohibited and will result in the cancellation of the ticket without any refund or compensation and or the ticket holder being refused entry to the grottos.
- E-tickets must be presented upon arrival to the grotto, we accept printed E-tickets or those that are shown on a smartphone, tablet or any other device. Failure to present your ticket/s will result in your entrance to a grotto being delayed.
- If the event is cancelled in its entirety, Gordon Riggs Garden Centre will use our reasonable endeavours to notify you as soon as reasonably possible, including (if applicable) notifying you of the details of any re-scheduled dates and times (subject to availability). If you are not able to attend the rescheduled event or it is not rescheduled, Gordon Rigg Garden Centre shall give you a full refund for all tickets purchased.
- Card payments are made on a secure server with full encryption of all card data. Card details and personal information, will be kept secure and in line with Gordon Rigg Garden Centres Data Protection Policy.
- Please note that CCTV will be in operation in the garden centre.
- If you experience any problems during your visit, please contact a member of Gordon Rigg Garden Centres staff.
- Unfortunately, there will be no paid photo opportunity but you will be permitted to take photos with your own phone or camera.
- If you have not pre-booked breakfast please note there will be a wait as we will serve those that have booked first
Breakfast with Santa
- Maximum of 2 adults per booking
- You are advised to arrive a minimum of 15 minutes prior to the time stated on your booking.
- All Dietary requirements must be given before the date of the booking.
- Adults who have not pre-ordered breakfast will not be able to order on the day until the official opening time of the café at 9:30pm.
- We cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate late arrivals but, if you think you will be late for your booking, please contact us immediately on 01706815847 for the Cotton Weavers Café or 01706 356089 for Gordon’s Bistro.
